Terms & Conditions K9Win – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by k9win via the domain k9win-jit.net and any related domains operated by the same company.

By accessing or using the k9win platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

K9win reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of the k9win platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use k9win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are 18 years and above — this is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual.
• You are not on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform or subject to any legal prohibition relating to gambling.
• You are not using any automation software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised mechanisms during the registration process.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated on your Malaysian identification card, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. K9win reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration application suspected of not complying with these requirements.

An identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) will be conducted before your first withdrawal is approved. You will be required to submit a clear and legible copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad). k9win reserves the right to request additional supporting documents if needed to meet compliance requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) k9win account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any return of balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. k9win will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the k9win support team immediately.

Sharing your account with any other person — including family members, friends, or any third party — is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions carried out by unauthorised parties.

K9win only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through legitimate, approved payment methods. All transactions must be conducted through an account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Accepted deposit methods at k9win:

• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 and maximum limits depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to the daily and weekly limits set by k9win and the respective payment provider.

For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM 30. Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on your chosen method and membership tier. K9win reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of the KYC process or where additional security verification is required. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your k9win account.

Any bonus or promotional credit that has not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be automatically deducted from the requested withdrawal amount.

K9win offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, game-specific offers and promotions tied to Malaysian sporting events such as the Malaysia Cup final or Harimau Malaya fixtures.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective offers. The general conditions that apply to most k9win bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement — bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover rates vary depending on the bonus type.
• Claim time limit — bonuses must be claimed within the specified time frame. Any bonus not claimed within this period will expire automatically.
• Bet limits — while meeting the bonus wagering requirement, a maximum bet limit per round or hand applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Game contribution — different games contribute different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirement. Sports Betting and baccarat typically contribute 100%, while certain table games contribute at a lower rate.
• One bonus at a time — unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined.

K9win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts for duplicate claims or wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while fulfilling rollover requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All bets placed on the k9win platform — whether Sports Betting, in-play betting, live casino games or slots — are subject to the specific game rules for each product. These rules are displayed within the game interface and should be read before play.

For sports betting specifically:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except in cases where a match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• The official match results declared by the relevant sports governing body (such as FAM for the Malaysia Super League, or FIFA for international matches) are final for the purposes of bet settlement.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. K9win reserves the right to reject or reduce certain betting limits without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets accepted due to an obvious technical error — such as odds that differ significantly from current market prices — may be voided by k9win.

For live casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack, game results are final once a round or hand has been fully completed. Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be submitted to the k9win support team within 48 hours.

K9win uses internationally licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Playtech for live casino games. All RNGs (Random Number Generators) for slots and computer-based table games are independently audited by eCOGRA and iTechLabs.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k9win platform and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture with no refund:

• Identity fraud — registering with false information, using another person's identity or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Use of bots or automation software — using any program, script or automated mechanism to place bets, access an account or interact with the platform.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.
• Chargeback fraud — making a deposit, then filing a chargeback through the payment provider without valid grounds after the funds have already been used for gameplay.
• Money laundering — using the k9win platform for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or system error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple bonus abuse — using multiple accounts, identities or other means to claim the same bonus more than once.

K9win takes its social responsibility seriously. Online gambling should remain an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit limit — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. The system will automatically block deposits once the limit is reached.
• Session time limit — limit how long you play each day. k9win will automatically log you out once the time limit is reached.
• Temporary break — suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months whenever you feel you need a break.
• Permanent self-exclusion — if you believe gambling has become a problem, you may apply for permanent self-exclusion. The account will be closed and cannot be reopened.
• Self-assessment — k9win provides a self-assessment questionnaire to help you evaluate whether your gambling habits remain within a healthy and controlled range.

K9win provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors or fit for any particular purpose.

K9win is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions, internet disconnection or hardware failure on the user's end during an active game session.
• Fair and valid betting or game outcomes even when they do not favour the player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on the k9win platform.
• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.

K9win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount held in that member's account balance at the time of the incident. k9win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

You may close your k9win account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to your registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet in your name, after deducting any bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement.

K9win also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or misleading.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Requests from Malaysian authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated time frame.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, k9win reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If fraud or a serious breach is confirmed, the balance may not be returned and legal action may be pursued.

K9win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes or service improvements. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

For amendments deemed material or significant, k9win will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Nonetheless, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Your continued use of the k9win platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new terms come into effect.
